Which Dinosaurs Appeared in Jurassic World 3? Why Did the Dinosaurs Disappear?

Dinosaurs Were First Discovered by the Chinese 3000 Years Ago?

Were dinosaurs scary creatures? It seems a bit strange to ask this question, because dinosaurs are indeed one of the scariest animals in the world. But the truth is, dinosaurs were even scarier than you might think, and some would even eat their own kind alive, and these claims aren't just empty, they're hard evidence!

It's always creepy to talk about cannibals, and this phenomenon exists in the dinosaur world as well. Although dinosaurs have lived on Earth for tens of millions of years, scientists have found only a few confirmed cases of cannibalism among these ancient animals. But even that is frightening.

The king of the dinosaurs - the Tyrannosaurus Rex. Easy-to-remember looks, impressive size and a ferocious temper made Tyrannosaurus rex a true dinosaur overlord. In fact, the Tyrannosaurus we see in the movies is not always real, and these monsters could be even more cruel and dangerous. Tyrannosaurus was not the largest dinosaur, measuring 12 meters long, 3.5 meters tall, and weighing 8-9 tons. But this North American monster made up for its lack of size with other qualities; Tyrannosaurus Rex ran fast. Despite the dinosaur's size, they could reach speeds of up to 40 kilometers per hour, although most Tyrannosaurus Rexes traveled at about 20 kilometers per hour.

Tyrannosaurus also had terrifying teeth up to 30 centimeters long, the largest teeth of any carnivore and herbivore in history. By comparison, the teeth of the equally famous ancient shark Megalodon were only 19 centimeters long. Tyrannosaurus teeth were not very sharp, though; they were wide, somewhat flattened, and usually used against prey struggling in the mouth of the tyrannosaur. Different types of Tyrannosaurus teeth have different shapes and uses, though. The front teeth of these lizards are used to grab and drag prey, tear the meat with the lateral teeth, and grind the meat with the teeth at the back of the jaws, and then the meat is swallowed down the throat.

Tyrannosaurs could effortlessly crush their victims because the bite of these creatures was amazing. More powerful than any creature nowadays. Overall, tyrannosaurs are an almost perfect predator. But they were no less dangerous than lions or wolves. In the dinosaur world, everything was the same. Triceratops, for example, was a herbivore, but other dinosaurs certainly did not want to be around it. It was 9 meters long, 4 meters high and weighed about 6-12 tons. Who wants to mess with such a giant? Sure, maybe only Tyrannosaurus Rex would dare! Of course, there was tension between them, because these creatures lived at the same time.

However, this fearsome predator was often harmed by this herbivore, and scientists have found evidence that Triceratops was able to defend itself against Tyrannosaurus, evidence that Triceratops was able to repel the dominant predator, defeat it, and survive long enough to survive in life. So how did Triceratops defeat Tyrannosaurus? Quite simply, with the help of its horns. The horns of adult Triceratops were up to 2 meters long and curved toward the tip, making them a powerful and deadly weapon.

There are still many unknown mysteries about dinosaurs, and in fact, they were discovered only recently, around the middle of the 19th century. The term "dinosaur" was coined by Richard Owen in 1842. However, dinosaurs themselves had been discovered long before that. The first dinosaur skeleton is thought to have been found in China about 3,000 years ago. Of course, no one knew about dinosaurs at the time, so our ancestors thought they were the remains of a real dragon. Local doctors began grinding dinosaur bones into powder and using it as a medicine for vertigo and epilepsy. They used it to treat wounds and broken bones.
